Intro

 

Our restaurant, the Moulin de L’Oliveraie, is located in the village of Blausasc, in the hills a few miles away from Nice.

This family restaurant is set in tranquil surroundings overlooking a landscape of pines and olive trees, away from the hustle and bustle of the City.

The owner chef, Thierry Layer uses local fresh produce to cook for you authentic regional dishes, and his wife Nathalie will welcome you and look after you.

During the summer months, Thierry cooks from an outside kitchen with an authentic wood fire oven and grill while you lunch or dine alfresco in the terrace restaurant.
